Technology for teaching & technology for learning secondary school mathematics.

The five PBL teams focused either on grades 9 and 10, or grades 11 and 12: and the relevance of the Ontario curriculum�s mathematical processes with the use of technology for the teaching and learning of mathematics, the use of technology for instruction and for assessment, and student collaboration in the process of their learning of mathematics were prominent themes. Interestingly too, from the five PBL teams came five different pieces of technology and five different perspectives on the use of technology for the teaching and learning of secondary school mathematics. Technology explored �> Minecraft, IXL, Geogebra, EquatIO and Desmos, and the use of ipads with free apps.
